1: How to request codes? 

Login to your account on Partner System

Go to Offers > Coupon Offers

1. Search for an offer you are interested to promote, and click [Request Code]
2. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and your request will be under review
• When the coupon is assigned, you will get notified via email
• You can also check your assigned code My Coupons

2: How long does it take to get approval for requested coupons? 

When codes are available, they are auto-assigned instantly to high-tier partners based on performance. For manual assignments, codes are typically issued within 1-2 hours during officer working hours/days. If codes are unavailable, a new batch is requested from the client and assigned promptly upon receipt. Availability depends on client-supplied batches and partner performance tiers.

3: When can I expect my commission to be credited? 

Partners must promote the campaign immediately after a successful conversion to ensure the commission is credited to their account.
